ReformHer Training was built to solve the exact problems most women face with fitness: confusing information, programs not designed for their bodies and a lack of support once motivation dips.

You’ll never be left guessing what to do next. Every phase is clearly explained, with check-ins to keep you moving forward on your terms.

For me, fitness isn’t just something I do, it’s a lifestyle. I’ve loved many seasons of competition and intense training, but I’ve also relied on the benefits of fitness to navigate four pregnancies, post-partums, and the challenges of motherhood. Staying strong and healthy has allowed me to show up fully for my family — to be present, thriving, and able to meet their needs.

Fitness can feel like a wilderness when there’s no competition or event to train for, and I know firsthand how hard it is to stay consistent. The truth is, the hardest part is simply showing up, and the most important part is having a plan. That’s exactly what I want to give you, a program where all the guesswork is gone, so your only job is to follow the plan and trust the process.
