ReformHer Fitness Foundations is designed for the woman who wants to grow strong, confident, and capable in the gym but needs structure, education, and a supportive on-ramp. Through intentional teaching, guided practice, progressive training, and the whole-health foundations that support it, you'll learn how to lift well, build foundational strength, and move with confidence so you're prepared to thrive in ReformHer Training.

ReformHer Fitness Foundations is for women who:

This isn’t for those seeking quick fixes or shortcuts. It’s for women ready to lay a strong foundation and step into training with confidence, clarity, and intention.

What You’ll Get:

  • Curated content to support you throughout all 12 weeks.

    • Month 1: Movement education & instructional demo videos to help you understand proper form and technique.

    • Months 2–3: Three workouts per week in the training app, complete with sets, reps, and progression tracking.

  • Instructional video modules teaching foundational movement patterns and proper lifting technique.

  • Exercise demo videos with coaching cues for every movement so you know exactly how to perform each lift.

  • A step-by-step training progression designed to build strength, confidence, and readiness for ReformHer Training.

I'm Ready - Let's Do This

Before getting started, we recommend ensuring you have the following equipment:

Resistance Bands

Yoga Mat

Dumbells

(recommend to start with 2 or 3 sets ranging from 8lb, 12lb, 15lb or 20lb)

These are some of our favorites but you can certainly use other variations or what you already have on hand. If you don't want to purchase new, feel free to find these on Marketplace or used anywhere else! We recommend trying to spend no more than about $1 per pound.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes! ReformHer Fitness Foundations is specifically designed to help beginners build strength and confidence from the ground up. You’ll get exercise demonstrations, form cues, and suggested modifications throughout the program. The 12-week progression is intentionally paced to help you build momentum without burning out. By the end of Foundations, you’ll have the skills, strength, and confidence to transition into ReformHer Training.

What equipment do I need?

You can train at home or in the gym. At minimum, we recommend a pair of dumbbells, a yoga mat and resistance bands. If you have access to barbells or machines, there are optional swaps included so you can make the most of your setup.

What if I’m short on time?

Most sessions are 30–40 minutes and you’ll get clear guidance on the minimum effective weekly dose for results.
