ReformHer Training is a full-body strength and conditioning program designed for women who are familiar with basic strength movements and have been training somewhat regularly.
This isn’t a beginner program — it’s for women who are ready to show up consistently and challenge themselves while building strength, endurance, and confidence.
Each week includes:
Lower Body Strength + Metcon: Squats, deadlifts, and hip-dominant movements paired with short metabolic conditioning circuits.
Upper Body Strength + Metcon: Shoulder, back, and arm-focused strength work, paired with short circuits for full-body engagement.
Full Body Strength + Metcon: Pulling and pushing movements combined with lower-body and conditioning exercises for total-body coordination and stamina.
Program Highlights:
Every workout hits your full body, even if you only have time for strength or metcon.
Modifications and substitutions are included for equipment limitations or minor restrictions.
Workouts are time-conscious, with short-on-time options built in to keep you consistent.
You’ll build discipline, strength, and confidence, while learning to steward your body faithfully.

Women from every season of life have rebuilt a strong, life-giving relationship with fitness through ReformHer Training.
“I used to hop between random workouts and never see changes. Eight weeks into ReformHer I’m lifting heavier than ever and my clothes fit better—without cutting out the foods I love.”
Tiffany, 33 · Down 15 lbs in 3 months
“These workouts are the missing piece to my workout puzzle. I have a great gym and a desire to work out, but adding in structured, interesting and challenging workouts delivered on my phone by someone I greatly trust, has been a game changer! I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to take the guess work out and get the job done!”
Anna, 39 · Stronger + More Energized
"Day one is in the books! And wow was it challenging in all the best ways! From the warm up to the final burpee deadlifts, I could feel every muscle firing and my heart working.
I love that this isn’t just about “working out”...it’s about stewarding our bodies so we can fully step into what God’s called us to. Every squat, every rep, every breath…it all matters."
Sara, 43 · Consistent for 6+ months
