This session allows us to assess your current fitness level, goals, and needs, while also giving both of us the opportunity to determine if this is the right fit moving forward.
Come exactly as you are. There’s no pressure to perform or be at a certain level. This is about meeting you where you are, easing into the process, and moving at a pace that feels comfortable.
From there, we’ll build gradually, adding intensity and structure as you grow in strength and confidence.
