The Level 2: Rise + Rebuild Path is an 8-week intermediate step designed to help you move beyond the basics, build strength with confidence, and prepare for more advanced training inside ReformHer.

  • Have basic gym familiarity but need more structure

  • Are ready to progress beyond beginner training

  • Want to improve strength, form, and consistency

  • Need confidence with more challenging movements

  • Are preparing for full ReformHer Training

Each week includes:

  • 8 weeks of structured training (3 workouts per week)

  • Video demonstrations for every exercise

  • Continued education to strengthen movement quality and gym confidence

  • Progressive structure designed for steady strength gains

  • Full access through your Trainerize training app

  • Direct access to coaching for questions, form checks, and video feedback

  • Ability to repeat the phase as needed for true proficiency

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes, each path detailed above is a beginner-friendly training path with exercise demos, form cues and suggested modifications. You’ll also see recommendations on how many days per week to start with so you can build momentum without burning out. Once you have completed the Foundations course, you will be ready for ReformHer Training!

What equipment do I need?

You can train at home or in the gym. At minimum, we recommend a pair of dumbbells, a yoga mat and a resistance band. If you have access to barbells or machines, there are optional swaps included so you can make the most of your setup.

What if I’m short on time?

Most sessions are 30–40 minutes and you’ll get clear guidance on the minimum effective weekly dose for results.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime before your next billing date. There are no lock-in contracts—just flexibility to adjust when life changes.
