What is ReformHer Training?

This is my signature 3-day training program designed to make you stronger, healthier, and more consistent without overcomplicating fitness. Each workout hits your full body, but with a special focus:

Day 1 – Lower Body Strength + Metcon
Day 2 – Upper Body Strength + Metcon
Day 3 – Full Body Strength + Metcon

You’ll train alongside me, following the exact workouts I’m doing each week.

How it Works

Strength Training + Conditioning in One Program Each workout has two parts:
1. Strength block (targeted lifts + accessory work)
2. Short metcon (sweaty, fast, full-body conditioning)
Choose Your Focus:
- Short on time? Do just the strength or just the metcon.
- Want the full experience? Hit both in 35-45 minutes.
  
  Where You Can Train
  This program is designed to work anywhere:
  - At home with a simple setup (dumbbells, bands, maybe a bench or barbell if you have one)
  - At the gym with full access to equipment
  I’ll always provide clear instructions and substitutions so you can make it work with what you have. No need to chase fancy machines or buy a garage full of gear — this plan is built to be flexible and effective wherever you train.
